How do I care for gold-plated jewelry?

Put your jewelry on only after applying perfume, creams or makeup, and remove it before any contact with water or household chores. Clean the pieces regularly with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding abrasive products or stiff brushes, especially on gold-plated pieces and delicate stones.

Can I shower, swim or exercise wearing the pieces?

We recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, exercising or sleeping. Salt water, chlorinated water and sweat can damage the shine and integrity of the pieces, and removing them also prevents scratches, deformation or loss of stones.

How should I store my jewelry?

Store each piece individually in a dry place away from direct light, ideally in a fabric pouch or the original box. This prevents scratches and oxidation.

Is Lioness Treasures jewelry real silver?

Yes. All metal parts of our jewelry are Sterling Silver 925. The gold versions are plated with a layer of 24kt gold over the sterling silver base.

Are the pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes. All metal parts are made of Sterling Silver 925, a metal that is well tolerated by the vast majority of people and a classic choice for sensitive skin.

Will the gold plating wear off over time?

With time and regular use, some natural wear of the 24kt gold plating is normal on any plated jewelry. Following our care advice, avoiding chemicals and water and storing the pieces properly, slows this considerably and keeps the pieces beautiful for much longer.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our printable ring size guide: it includes a chart of true-to-scale circles to compare with a ring you already own, and a cut-out ring sizer to measure your finger. Print it at 100% scale and confirm with the credit-card check on the page. You can download it on our size guide page.

I am between two ring sizes. Which one should I choose?

Choose the larger size. That is our official recommendation whenever a measurement falls between two sizes.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days from the dispatch confirmation, depending on the destination.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases, counted from the day you receive the order. Details and the model form are on our right of withdrawal page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
