2.1. All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
2.2. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and images of products at any time without prior notice.
2.3. The jewellery is made from high quality materials, including 925 silver, gold and natural or synthetic stones. Full details of the materials can be found in the description of each product sold on our website.
2.4. Confirmation of the order will take place after receipt of payment and sending of the confirmation email.
3.1. We deliver throughout the European Union.
3.2. Shipping costs are added to the product price and will be calculated during checkout. Curently, shipping is free due to the promotion in effect.
3.3. The estimated delivery time depends on product availability and will be informed at the time of purchase, and may vary depending on the destination.
3.4. We use the following carriers for shipping: CTT; NACEX; MRW.
3.5. In the event of a failed delivery, the customer will be notified to schedule a new delivery date or collect at the point indicated by the carrier.
3.6. We are not responsible for delays resulting from external factors, such as customs clearance of the product, carrier strikes or any other circumstances whose occurrence is beyond our control or that of our partners.
4.1. In accordance with current legislation, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are in original condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging.
4.2. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund, without prejudice to analysis of the specific case and possible adjustment of price and postage for expenses incurred by Lioness Teasures.
4.3. Shipping costs related to the return or exchange of product(s) are attributable to the customer, except in cases of defective product.
4.4. We recommend that products be returned by registered mail, for greater security upon delivery.
4.5. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used, within 10 working days after approval of the return of the product.
5.1. All our jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Portuguese law.
5.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
5.3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
– Improper use;
– Exposure to chemicals or abrasives;
– Impacts, drops or natural wear and tear.
5.4. We offer repair services for products that are out of warranty. Please contact us for a quote.
5.5. To activate the warranty or request repairs, please send an email to [email protected] with detailed photos of the product and a description of the problem.
6.1. We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.);
– PayPal;
– MB WAY (for customers in Portugal).
7.1. We provide custom jewelry creation services according to the specifications provided by the customer.
7.2. The product will only be produced after the order has been confirmed and the quoted price has been paid. Changes or cancellations of custom orders will not be accepted after the order has been confirmed.
7.3. Custom products are subject to production deadlines to be informed at the time of purchase.
8.1. All designs and content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Lioness Treasures and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
9.1. In the event of a dispute, the laws of Portugal shall apply.
9.2. In the event of a dispute, customers may resort to CICAP or any other arbitration center designated by the General Directorate of Consumer Affairs (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
